3ST in Fryslân: Accelerating towards sustainable tourism

In Fryslân, entrepreneurs, local governments, and educational institutions are working together within 3ST – Speeding up Sustainability Skills in Tourism. The 3ST project focuses on strengthening the skills entrepreneurs need to make their businesses more sustainable. Through pilots in water conservation, preventing food waste, and reducing waste, new knowledge is gained.

3ST is an Interreg North Sea project in which a total of 9 regions collaborate.
